In an age of unprecedented possibilities for cloud innovation & implementation, #WorldCloudShow – India attracted prominent voices in cloud technology. Some of the top speakers who attended the event included R. World Cloud Show – India covered key topics such as Multi-Cloud & Cloud Native paving the way for AI, Cloud Adoption Outlook & Trends: Public Vs Private Sectors, Cloud Security and Data Protection, How Cloud Will Prevail: Building a Cloud Strategy, and more.

Ltd. at the second Indian edition of World Cloud Show. The event was supported by NITI Aayog and virtually gathered over 300 online participants that included cloud innovators, experts and enthusiasts globally.

A tech talk by Rajalakshmi Srinivasan, Director, Product Management, Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd threw light on customer-focused product management methodologies, the importance of security in the cloud and importance of cloud integration.

While speaking about ‘Cloud Adoption - Challenges and Opportunities in a Post COVID world’ Vikas Singh Yadav, CISO, Nykaa.com stated,“Be aware of the cloud! Not Beware”.

In a panel discussion on the topic ‘Cloud Security and Data Protection’, the panellists discussed key areas such as creating a policy strategy and adoption plan, establishing a fully empowered cloud centre of excellence, supplementing skills shortage and seeking knowledge transfer and more. The panellists who joined the discussion included Shashank Bajpai - Chief Information Security Officer, ECGC; Mansi Thapar, Head of Information Security, IT Leader, Jaquar Group; Mayuresh Purandare, Head of IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security, Marico Limited; Shaik J Ahmed - Head of Information Security, Renault Nissan Technology and Business Centre India and Jacxine Fernandez, VP & Group CISO, Adani Group.

The show was hosted on the virtual events platform Vmeets which helped the participants to network and conduct business in an interactive and immersive virtual environment. Participants were also able to engage with speakers in Q&A sessions and network with solution providers in virtual exhibition booths, private consultation rooms and private networking rooms.
