SBI Mutual Fund ropes in A Shiju Rawther as Head – Information TechnologyShiju joins SBI Mutual Fund from leading rating agency of India, CARE Ratings Limited where he was spearheading the Group IT function, Technology strategies, enterprise-wide IT transformation and Analytics initiatives. During his stint at CARE, he was also responsible for designing the digital roadmap at the company and its subsidiary business functions and was designated as Chief Information & Technology Officer. Prior to that, he served as the CIO of Poonawalla Finance.

SBI Mutual Fund is one of the largest fund houses in the country with AUM of over INR 6,00,000 Crore.

Shiju comes with a successful career graph of over two decades of professional experience in reputed organizations across industries. He has worked with several leading brands in the financial services sector, namely IIFL Finance, TransUnion CIBIL, and Fullerton India Credit Company Limited. Previously, he was also associated with PCS Technology, Gateway Terminals India, Wipro InfoTech and Primus Telecommunications India Limited.

Shiju is a luminary in the Indian technology space, having led several transformation and high-impact IT initiatives. He is also a thought leader and a prominent speaker at many industry conferences.

Shiju holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Bangalore University and Master’s in Information Management from the Mumbai University.
