LS Retail Launches All-In-One Software Solution to Retailers

ATLANTA: LS Retail, a provider of retail software solutions and services for Microsoft Dynamics—the business solution for customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning— has launched an all-in-one software solution to the retail-hospitality businesses, integrating the customers’ business with speedy and error free processing, accounting and inventory management with mobility and loyalty options, reports PRWeb.

More and more retailers are now looking for ways to attract customers to their stores, but managing both retail and hospitality aspects in the same business can be difficult if the store is not equipped with the necessary IT system. It might lead to inconsistencies in the financial data. As a result, the retailer or hospitality business can experience incorrect stock levels and loss of sales because of stock-outs, wrong prices and having to employ multiple staff for their multiple systems.

LS Retail provides a single-solution, which is flexible for front and back operations in the store, including Point of Sale capabilities and financial, inventory, procurement, central restaurant management, loss prevention, loyalty, kitchen display and enterprise resource planning. It helps the management to avoid time spend on manual work and duplicate processes instead focus more into sales and growing the business.

Blue Mountain Resorts, an alpine ski resort in Canada and a customer of LS Retail after implementing this software in its resorts, found that, the guest experience has been enhanced. “Enhancing the guest experience is central to the corporate mission at Blue Mountain. When we implemented LS Retail software solutions, Blue Mountain resort got an all-in-one business management software that controls processes from store to head office level and vice-versa for our retail and hospitality operations. We can now service guests with a fully integrated solution replacing what previously required five vertical market applications,” said John Gowers, Blue Mountain Resorts.
