We are pleased to share with you the launch of FIAKS, a start-up company, formed by Ms. Anuradha Panditrao, Founder & Chief Innovation Officer, with an objective to create a platform that shares knowledge to educate, inform and inspire entrepreneurial journey. This venture will be organising knowledge sharing workshops on the latest products/ technologies for re-skilling of mid career professional and skilling of students. FIAKS is organising the first session on UPI and BHIM which will be conducted by product experts from NPCI and has received overwhelming response.

FIAKS research indicates that huge demand exists amongst professionals and students for such knowledge sharing sessions. It is believed that:

• Every student is a good student irrespective of college or city they come from or the language they speak.

• Also, today many mid-career professionals are being challenged in spite of their rich domain expertise as more and more innovative technologies are emerging.

Objectives of FIAKS:

• Foster innovation and motivate students / mid-career professionals to start their own venture by creating platform to develop technical and soft skills.

• To promote skill India and make in India initiate for nation building.

• Create equal learning opportunities irrespective of the institute or city they belong to.

• Using power of knowledge to eradicate fear of losing job or not getting new assignment.

• Attempt to create a start-up fund and networking opportunity.

FIAKS was launched by Mr. Dilip Asbe, Chief Operating Officer, National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) at MCA club, Mumbai. NPCI believes, businesses have already realised that they must use digital channels to engage with their key stakeholders to maintain relevance and drive the conversation. However, the most important aspect of digitisation is sharing right knowledge with people who are users or responsible for selling these innovative technology products. Initiatives like FIAKS will help digital innovations like Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Bharat Interface for Money (BHIM), RuPay, Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) etc. reach masses. Platforms like these will boost transactions and usage of digital products in India.
