One of the leading global technology companies, HCL Technologies (HCL), today announced that it entered into a partnership with Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovation company Bobble AI for offering customer engagement solutions in the open banking space with the use of plug-n-play White-label Keyboard SDK (software development kit).

Creating a unique advantage and strengthening HCL’s relationships with its Banking and Insurance Clients, the keyboard-based solutions is building a competitive advantage by offering clear benefits including increased revenue and reduced customer acquisition cost.

This solution will be deployed remotely, and will help HCL’s Banking Clients develop a 360-degree understanding of their consumers based on smartphone behavior across 24/7 usage. HCL’s Banking Clients, with this knowledge will be equipped with a far better communication and acquisition strategy for cross-selling its wide array of products and services.

Offering core type functionalities like auto-correct, word predictions, swipe-to-type, clipboard and a lot more, the Bobble AI Keyboard SDK in addition to featuring these in English, offers them in 36 Indic languages and over 100 International languages.

The solution seamlessly adjoins with a bank’s mobile application, providing consumers access to services while creating an opportunity for banks to extend their features and offering a real-time intent to the consumers. This serves as both a strategic driver for promotion of mobile banking services and helping banks regaining P2P (peer-to-peer) transactions that might be lost to digital wallets and other dedicated solutions.
