Customer Advisory Board For Co-Creation of Product Innovation Roadmap Launched By Airtel Business

The business-to-business unit of Bharti Airtel (“Airtel”) today December 15, 2020, announced the launching of the Customer Advisory Board. It is aimed to make the customers equivalent stakeholders in the product development journey.

The board will get representation from Airtel’s top enterprise customer cutting across a diverse set of industries or sectors.

The panel of industry leaders forming the Airtel Business Customer Advisory Board include – Deepak Sharma – President & Chief Digital Officer of Kotak Mahindra Bank, Ashwin Yardi – CEO and Chief Industrialization and Automation Officer of Capgemini (India), V.V. Rajasekhar – Group CIO of ITC; Vivek Sunday – Chief Operating Officer of Swiggy, Bishwanath Ghosh – CIO of Enterprise & Corporate Functions of Mahindra & Mahindra, Rajesh Uppal – Senior Executive Director – IT, HR, Safety of Maruti Suzuki, Vijay Sethi – CIO, CHRO and Head CSR of Hero MotoCorp, Dr. Kamal Karnatak – Group CIO of RJ Corp, Arvind Mediratta – MD and CEO of METRO Cash & Carry India, Sabahat S Azim – CEO of Glocal Healthcare Systems, and Munish Blaggan – Head Technology Infrastructure Group of ICICI Bank.

At regular intervals, the board will meet for deliberating and offering counsel on customers’ issues and emerging technology trends for helping Airtel Business Align the innovation roadmap to the strategic requirements of the customers and develop the right solutions for the market. The forum will be providing Airtel’s key enterprise customers an early view of the advanced capabilities that the company is developing.
