Codleo, B2B Tech Startup Launches CSR Initiative For Women's IT Skill Development

Codleo Consulting is a responsible player in the IT industry which is based in India. It launched CSR initiative for equipping women and youth regarding advanced IT and coding skills. This initiative is in line with the central government’s ‘Skill India’ mission, endeavoring for empowering and enabling them in acquiring requisite employment opportunities in the new age IT sector for a sustainable career.

The CSR arm of Codleo Consulting, Codleo Foundation, gives emphasis on creating a skilled workforce, which will be employable from the very beginning, whereby reducing the numbers in the unemployment record of IT graduates in India.

RS Maan, Chief Revenue Officer, Codleo, excited and thrilled with the initiative, gives his inputs. He says, “The youth of India having completed their B. Tech stares at an uncertain future because of the present market dynamics and ends up joining BPOs and other industries out of desperation. Our initiative aims to hone up their skills in the latest technologies, which they can learn quickly with real-time project exposure during the course, rendering them skilled to join the workforce.”

On this occasion, RS Maan also added, “Vocational Education is the need of the hour as the industries are moving towards digital presence amid the ongoing pandemic. Witnessing the surge in demand for skilled talent in the market, Codleo Foundation takes a step further to provide specialized courses, and training to young women, mothers, and youth.”

With a plan of investing almost Rs 30 lakhs, Codleo Foundation looks for successful commencement of this initiative. Codleo will deliver courses which are unique and designed by the best. Codleo has partnered with the leading technology and IT companies for placement opportunities for letting students complete the course. In addition, Codleo has collaborated with higher educational institutions for students’ education on the latest technology trends for a better market research.

Moreover, Codleo Consulting has formed a strategic Silver Partnership with Salesforce (World’s Leading CRM based in the USA and Canada) for giving the foundation an edge for equipping the students with the certifications in Salesforce. Codleo’s this initiation will enable graduates to search for jobs in companies that are already implementing Salesforce for business which includes Fortune 100 companies trying to find new talent for expanding their operations. Salesforce also plans of adding 5.48 lakh direct jobs in India in the coming days.

For maintaining gender parity, the initiative also targets women techies who gave up their careers for family or other inevitable causes, and now are looking to upgrade their skills according to the market trends. Moreover, it also assists B.Tech students having low percentage between 40 – 70 percent in their graduation and being unable to get through placement cells.

Codleo Consulting has an inhouse team consisting 50+ young professionals who are specialized in coding, digital marketing and Salesforce comparable jobs. For helping the students in gaining real-time industry exposure Codleo will be mentoring and educating them for moving ahead to a better and bright future.
