ciscoOne of the most leading telecommunication service providers of India, Bharti Airtel, has now collaborated with Cisco and has announced an alliance to offer advanced networking and connectivity solutions to enterprise and Server Message Block customers in India. Across the world, there is an increasing demand for next-generation connectivity solutions. The businesses today are switching to digitization in order to find enhanced agility and growth. Meeting these demands with partnership like this will leverage Airtel’s deep customer relationships and network to offer secure and cutting-edge digitization technology from Cisco in India.                

As a part of partnership, Airtel will offer Managed Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) services in collaboration with Cisco and web conferencing platform Cisco-Webex. This is built on Cisco-Viptela platform that provides real-time analytics and in-built security. This service basically has centralized policy, which is fully managed, dynamic and controlled; this policy is providing a clear picture of data-flow across the customer’s networks and is enabling them to optimize trafficking to meet their business needs.  This also helps the businesses mainly to reduce networking capex, and lower the migration issues during the transition of data to the cloud.

Airtel has reached a very good position by offering next-gen digitization solutions to enterprise customers in India. It is seen that the Airtel business is serving many enterprises, large and medium businesses across India. CEO of the Airtel has said that they are happy to announce about this alliance which is strengthening the relationship with Cisco. The digitization in India has created a wide range of opportunities to help businesses in their digital transformation and enable them to reach the next level of growth. Airtel has laid out future roadmap to bring best-in-class digitization and collaboration solutions to customers and consolidate its leadership position in the Indian B2B segment.
