ApnaComplex, which is a 10 years rich B2C technology player was acquired for an undisclosed sum from NestAway Technologies which is India’s leading rental housing operator founded by Goldman Sachs, Tiger Global, UC-RNT Fund, IDG India, Chiratae Ventures and InnoVen Capital.

ApnaComplex is a highly differentiated SaaS product, and is one of India’s largest and fastest-growing PropTech firms within the Society and Apartment Management Business.

ANAROCK is headquartered in Bengaluru, presently empowers 600,000 households in 80 Indian cities to effortlessly automating all aspects of running large gated complexes. The startup was listed among the top ten solutions launched at the Product Launch pad at the NASSCOM Product Conclave.
