The Flipkart-owned fashion ecommerce player is hiring about 11,000 people to beef up its supply chain, including last-mile delivery and customer support, up nearly 57% from 7,000 last year. “This has been the largest hiring drive ever at Myntra, for on-ground and customer support during any festive season, as we anticipate a strong demand across pin codes for their festive needs,” Myntra CEO Amar Nagaram added in a statement.

This year, during the peak delivery period, Myntra is also incentivising its frontline force with perks, including attendance bonus, over and above the regular salaries.
