Tevatron Technologies: Furnishing Connected Vehicles to Fortify ‘Make in India’ for ESDM Sector

By

Well-equipped with the potential to alter the way engineering systems are designed and operated, IoT is poised at becoming the largest electronics market for the semiconductor industry. But as IoT creeps closer to the precipice of delivering the scale of machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, it also poses conceptual and technical challenges such as Security, Device Sophistication and Standards & Interoperability. Addressing the concerns with IoT embedded platform based services is Noida based Tevatron Technologies that provides solutions for hardware designing, firmware development, cloud infrastructure setup and application development.

With prime focus on embedded systems; Tevatron was incepted with the vision of becoming an end-to-end provider of IoT based ESDM (Electronics Systems Design and Manufacturing) services, with security being the centrepiece. “As security is main concern for IoT based products, we are working on the aspect by implementing standard IoT protocols like CoAP and developing some in house crypto algorithms for home automation based devices,” affirms Rajeev Tiwari, Director & Co-Founder.

Augmenting Design Lead Manufacturing in India
Possessing extensive experience in a wide range of hardware platforms, sensors and actuators, ranging from the simplest microcontroller to miniaturized PC platforms; Tevatron works on several projects in the segments of connected vehicles and home automation. “Despite several companies working in the embedded domain and making products similar to us, the integrating features like driver behaviour analysis, CAR diagnosis, GPS and security of connected vehicles make Tevatron a preferred partner,” claims Anurag Gupta, Director & Founder. Moreover, Tevatron prides about one of its Connected Vehicle being selected for “Electroprenure Park”, the first initiative of Government of India under Make in India mission in the ESDM sector.

Tevatron appoints a separate OPD department (Outsource product development) for the development of services to suffice the needs of diverse verticals like retail, manufacturing, agriculture, power sector, healthcare and automotives. Moreover, being a startup culture built with the belief that ‘Innovation is possible only when Employees are empowered’, the firm extends a flexible work culture for employees with no time constraints. The company strives to extend employee friendly work environment, with transparency in workflow and employee freedom to ensure the growth of each employee.

Deeply committed to fulfill Indian Government’s vision of ‘Design lead manufacturing in India’, the firm is focusing on ways to promote Make in India by encouraging product designing and manufacturing in India itself. Moreover, Tevatron strongly believes that IoT would be dominating technology in the upcoming years and thus buckles itself for the IoT wave, in terms of building its IoT based product capabilities. Tevatron also focuses on enriching the capability of its R&D division to empower addressing new problems that the application engineering team of the firm faces in field research activities. The firm is currently concentrating towards building a strong R&D base to revolutionize the IoT world in the Indian market.
