Busigence offers ingenious products to the industry across varied verticals. Two of its products are based on Natural Language Processing which is a branch of Artificial Intelligence that enables computers to understand & analyze human speech as it is spoken & written. The first one measures ‘interactions’ between customer support and their customers to uncover hidden patterns & meaningful insights to improve productivity and thereby helping higher management to take better business decisions. On the other hand, the second one analyses customer ‘emotions’ and provides deeper insights to improve business profitability and ROI. The third product is based on the concept of ‘geofencing’.

Retail4i focuses on problems related to customer experience, store operations, merchandising, market basket, supplier, and call center analytics; where as Marketing4i brings value to CMOs by providing end-to-end solution for products, promotions, and customer sentiments. In addition, third solution offered called MachineX, which enables customers to unleash the power of their machine data.
