The building block of its 15-year journey has been its steadfast focus on innovation that has resulted in powerful products, services and enterprise solutions, which stand testimony to their commitment and dedication to transform the businesses of their customers.

BCT's 2000+ associates, with extensive industry knowledge and expertise in leading technologies, form a vibrant and dynamic organization focused on technology innovation. As an organization, BCT operates with a passion for success and a belief that today's businesses need to innovate to lead.

Under the esteemed leadership of its Co-Founder and CEO Mr.S. Durga Prasad, BCT has journeyed to several countries and delighted hundreds of customers and touched millions of lives with their innovative solutions. The company offers consulting, product development, system integration, outsourced application development, migration and customisation, staffing and end-to-end networking. Its concerted efforts are directed towards providing platforms and products to help organizations improve their efficiencies and deliver enhanced service to their customers.

BCT has been involved in several strategic initiatives of large organizations that have gone on to redefine customer experience across the world and help them overwhelm their customers. One such example is the transformation it delivered to the Dubai eGov initiative, where it changed the way payments were made through its payment modernization efforts and delivered tremendous green value to the country.

The Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Chennai is a hub for some of the industry’s most innovative technical professionals with accredited certifications complemented by multi-industry expertise and a rich experience serving global clients.

The Cuecent Effect – A Transformational Journey
BCT’s competitive edge lies in its path-breaking IP-led strategy business transformation. With a clear emphasis on Intellectual Property, their key vehicle to propel exponential growth and market position, BCT has developed a rich portfolio of products and solutions under its flagship brand Cuecent (Customer + Enterprise + Centric). The Cuecent suite has played a pivotal role in many transformational engagements across the world.

The Cuecent Suite, with its global clientele, has won several awards, the most recent being the Award it won from the Indian Merchants Association in Mumbai. It is notable that BCT was the only company to be awarded in the Large Enterprise category.

Delivering Payment Modernization
BCT has recently been included in the Gartner Report on Payment Modernization and it has also been featured in NASSCOM’s Research and Intelligence Report for its National Payment Gateway delivered to the Government of Egypt.
The Government of Egypt was looking to replace their existing legacy systems with a state-of-the-art centralized payment and collection platform to enhance the delivery of citizen services. The biggest challenge was to build a solution that was completely scalable and at the same time capable of managing 7 million pension payments and over 6 million salary payments per month and 20 million tax and customs transactions annually. BCT’s Cuecent ePay provided an end-to-end ePayment solution with multi-language, multi-currency, multi-organization, multi-location capability to enable payments for any defined services. Today, the gateway facilitates the collection of taxes to the tune of over $220 million and custom collection of over $190 million annually. The solution has helped boost the economy through better management of cash flow for all stakeholders.

In Bahrain, Cuecent ePay offers convenience and choice of payments on an ‘Anywhere, Anyway, Anytime’ that has given a thrust to the country’s economy.

Industry Focus
BCT addresses industry verticals such as BFSI, Government, SCM and Logistics, Energy & Utilities, Telecom and Life Sciences. One of India’s leading nationalized banks saw a 5-fold increase in its remittance transactions using BCT’s powerful remittance platform, Cuecent eRemit. This platform will be positioned in countries like China, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Australia for some of their leading banks and financial institutions.

A leading life sciences company in the United States has reduced the time for on-boarding of medical practitioners from 21 days to 21 seconds. Through its 4PL engagement with one of the leading oil exploration and production companies, BCT has delivered a saving of 40 strings months in 4 years and leading to $40 million in savings.

Building Collaborative Relationships
BCT has fostered long-standing relationships with the world’s leading technology companies like Oracle, SAP, IBM and GeoDecisions. Through these partnerships, BCT has established leadership position in the area of enterprise solutions. In North America, BCT is one among 11 companies to become Oracle’s SOA Pillar Partner – an endorsement of BCT’s ability to craft powerful solutions using Oracle’s SOA and Middleware platforms.
