Array Networks: Simplifying the Challenges of Application Delivery Networks

By

Distributed enterprise architecture have put the pressure on enterprises to stay connected with business units, partners and customers on a real-time basis. Thus, organizations need networks that can deliver their business-critical applications faster, thereby ensuring security. The emphasis is now on optimizing and securing the flow of data which in turn has made Application Delivery Network technology the need of the hour. Enterprises today need service providers that can help them deal with the demand for greater application mobility and security. Answering these requirements is Array Networks India; a US Silicon Valley based Application Delivery Networking Company. Founded in 2000, the company is today helping enterprises, service providers and public sector organizations meet the challenges of delivering applications in the areas of application acceleration, application security and network availability.

"Our application delivery WAN optimization and secure access solutions provide the tools essential to maintaining a seamless end-user experience while simultaneously preventing attacks and data leakage," explains Shibu Paul, Regional Sales Director – India, ME and SEA at Array Networks. The solutions are powered by SpeedCore, a 64 bit architecture using which customers and developers can create custom application policies, integrate with cloud management systems to automate service provisioning or embed Array technology in native apps to enable secure enterprise mobility.

Identifying Industry Challenges

Shibu has ensured that the team has a keen eye on analyzing and recognizing where and how simple procedures can be deployed. For an instance, as in January 2014, all SSL vendors had stopped shipping 1024 bit certificate replacing it with 2048 bit which puts five times load on the servers. To simplify this problem, Array has launched one of the fastest SSL off loading and accelerating engines and has patented certificate management and handling. Several organizations also face complications owing to Online DC–DR replication. Array’s GSLB solutions help them to load balance between DC-DR seamlessly wherever it may be. Array has also launched IPV6 gold certified gateways to ensure that organizations are able to handle both IPv4 and IPv6 traffic.

Building a Strong Reputation

Over the past decade, the organization has heavily invested into developing markets such as India and has been named the # 2 OEM for Application Delivery Controllers in India and overall top three ADN players with local repair & maintenance and customer TAC by Frost & Sullivan and IDC. The company’s reputed client list includes names such as RBI, SBI, Ministry of Finance, GoI and Aadhaar project among others. The company has built a strong clientele of over 300 enterprises owing to the combination of feature-rich products, a 10-year record of proven reliability, industry leading price and performance and an unmatched reputation for customer service and support.

Moving forward, Array aims to increase its stronghold in the market by becoming a formidable player in the Cloud space. "We have some of the largest global SaaS players as our customers. We are increasing our technical expertise in the country and expanding our reach to Tier 2 cities," explains Paul. Array’s engagement in their core focus verticals is increasing which will help its partners sell better and bigger in the coming years.
